"CIA To Air Decades Of Its Dirty Laundry" - WP

The Washington Post of June 22, 2007 reports a
historical event in US history. Director Hayden has
announced that he is declassifying and releasing hundreds
of documents of CIA gross violations and abuses of
individual civil liberties tantamount to felonious
criminal acts.

Journalists Karen De Young and Walter De Pinkus
authored this remarkable article.

Civilian Intelligence will focus this first
responsive blog on one issue that is included
in the revelations:

Non-consensual experimentation on US citizens

The Washington Post article references "unwitting" citizens
directly identifies only drug testing.

The facts are that the US government, including the
CIA, regularly conduct extensive cruel and inhumane
weapons testing on US citizens on a regular basis.
These are known as "skunk projects."

A series of testing has been conducted on weapons
falling into the category of "Directed Energy"
weapons. These include microwave weapons, acoustic
weapons (sound), lasers (light), and other technologies
of the 21st century which have been the cornerstone
of upcoming military weapons.

Citizens selected as test subjects often fall into
demographics of "unpopular" minorities and a significant
number are those who have been whistle blowers of some
various kinds. Thus, the infliction of military weapons
technologies upon helpless civilians has reflected a
deliberate retaliative element. It can only be described
as essentially a sadistic crime against humanity.

Civilians who are selected as targets for advanced
weapons practice and testing are abandoned by all
government agencies they turn to for help, including
local law enforcement. Further, there is no medical
help for these people because the private medical
sector does not have an understanding of the problem
or any knowledge of what medical assistance to provide.
They don't even consider that the patient in their
office or emergency room could be the victim of
a US government covert weapons testing program.

To insure that the victims of such unconscionable
treatment do not receive any help or support at all,
standard discrediting tactics are employed to
invalidate and isolate the targeted defenseless
citizen.

The US government has an arsenal of nasty
weapons that only a sadistic sci fi writer
would create. They are all invasive to the
human body and mind. They have no defenses.
They destroy lives and encapsulate innocent
victims in a life of hell that cannot be
understood by anyone outside of those who
inflict this kind of misery - which is
the US government.

Senator John Glenn once authored federal
legislation to outlaw non-consensual
citizen experimentation but the bill failed.
That says that non-consensual human
experimentation is a fact but members of
Congress condone it and refuse to provide
protect from this for citizens.

These types of extreme abuses of Human
Rights has been going on without cessation
even though the Clinton Administration
hearings that revealed the horrors of
programs entitled MKULTRA.

The only question remaining at this
point in US history is "What will
Congress and the US citizenry do
about this horrifying information?"

The only rational response is to end
this once and forever, and hold those
who engaged in this criminally
accountable.

Intelligent civilians need to respond
strongly to this revelation and CIA
disclosure. This issue must be
thoroughly explored in open oath-
bound hearings. This must end.
That is the only intelligent outcome.

The Creation and Patenting of Artificial Life

Today, Business Week reported that Craig Venter is on the on
the brink of creating artificial life (AL.) The news was
broken in a Business journal, not through a science journal
or science news and information site. That speaks for itself.

Craig Venter says success is near, but critics blast efforts to
patent synthetic organisms.

This is a turning point in human history. It will be debated
passionately for a long time whether or not this is a
breakthrough or a breakdown of in our society.

The organism created is a synthetic bacteria. The US
originally denied the patenting of life on principle, but
the US Patent Office is expected to eventually give a
patent for this bacteria. The deal maker was giving it
the description of "synthesized life."

Intelligent Civilians already understand that
entering into the world of creation of completely new living
organisms in a laboratory for proprietary purposes is not
an endeavor to be undertaken by man.

Mankind will reap many consequences from this development,
many of which will never be truthfully reported to the
public.

This is a dark day in human history. There is little to
say that will make any difference now, except "No."

Southern California Law Enforcement (lack thereof)

Southern California exists as a playground
even for law enforcement.

Unincorporated areas have the Sheriff's
Department and cities have the Police.
Courts are monitored by Sheriff now
and the prisons are staffed with
Correction Officers.

This is group represents the largest
political lobby in the State of CA and
they donate more money to candidates,
ballot issues, and political parties
than any other lobbying group in
California.

Further, local law enforcement are
given special protections under the
California laws so that they are not
accountable to the public and have
virtually no oversight at all.
For example, not even the media can
obtain the work records of a law
enforcement officer to find out
how many complaints of abuse and
misconduct have been filed against
him/her. Citizens' complaints against
officers themselves are not made
public. Disposition of the complaints
filed against officers are also kept
secret.

An attorney who represents parties
seeking justice in court for law
enforcement misconduct said that
80% of all cases filed are summarily
dismissed by the courts, and in her
opinion, are valid and serious cases.

Local law enforcement officers/deputies
average $100,000 per year with overtime.
Many make much more. They will not work
if they do not get the overtime hours.
Therefore, the departments are routinely
left with vacancies so that overtime is
insured.

When an officer of any branch, including
the State Highway Patrol, is killed,
entire departments take the day off -with
pay- to attend the funerals which are
often covered by media. During those times,
it is a fact that people have died as the
result of no one being available to attend
to the needs of the public. The dispatcher
will tell a caller than there is no one to
respond because they are all at the funeral.

Southern California law enforcement are
given high priority for less than lethal
weapons. They are outfitted for riot
control. Yet, when there was a riot, none
of them went into it. One poor truck driver
was pulled from his truck and beaten without
mercy as people watched real time on TV.
Citizen's felt compelled to go in and
help him - which they did - while there
not a law enforcement officer to be seen
almost through the entire riot.

In San Diego County, Sheriff's Deputies
and various city police officers shoot
an excessive number of people per year.
Most of them are unarmed and outnumbered.
The officers who shoot them are always
reported to have "believed that" he or
she was armed or going to lunge at officers
or some other explanation for why 23 bullets
were pumped into an older unarmed homeless
person. In one recent case, a woman called
law enforcement because a loved one had
locked himself in the bathroom and threatened
to commit suicide. The officers responded
and as the depressed man was walking down
stairs as told, he was shot and killed by
an officer.

Victims of law enforcement abuse of
minorities have generated a grassroots
group called Cop Watch.

Mel Gibson was arrested for DUI.During that
arrest, he apparently spewed an anti-semetic
rant, some of which was noted by the arresting
officer. It has been reported in the news
that the officer who included that information
was reprimanded by his superiors for doing so
because it leaked out to the press and
embarrassed Mr. Gibson.

So, we see local So. California law enforcement
as a group of over-armed, over paid, over
protected, union represented workers who
wield their political clout and get to
act out on minorities when they can and are
also allowed to avoid situations that may put
them in harms way. They are not accountable
to anyone because protective laws are in place
to assure that.

Recently, a group of Latinos who were publicly,
lawfully, and peacefully demonstrating were
shot with rubber bullets in the back when they
were leaving. Heavy handed for a situation
where no crime was taking place.

Yet, when Paris Hilton was caught driving drunk
on an expired license, because she was caught
doing that before, and the judge gave her
45 days, which then were reduced to 26,
LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT made the decision to
allow her to go unpunished in contempt
of the court ruling of jail time for her crime.

What we are seeing here is blatant corruption.
Southern California law enforcement needs a
deep cleaning and a serious overhaul.

We are not safe from drunk drivers and we
are not safe from local law enforcement.
Both are unpredictable and dangerous.

Seems that in California, if you are one
of the rare cases where a guilty person
actually gets convicted of a crime, local
law enforcement will be there to see that
you don't have to submit to court judgements
IF you have some of the necessary criteria:
1.Lots of money that you are willing to share
2.Beauty that you are willing to share
3.Sex appeal that you are willing to share
4.Other perks that you are willing to share
5.Fame that you are willing to share

CIA's Secret Prisons, America's Secret Shame

Many news sources have reported the Human Rights report
about CIA secret prisons operating in Poland, Romania,
and likely other locations around the world.

http://hrw.org/doc/?t=ct_cia

Today, June 8, 2007, Italy begins court proceedings that
will put 26 CIA agents on trial in abstentia for kidnapping
persons in Italy and transporting them to secret prisons
in locations where torture and denial of human rights
could be practiced covertly by the USA.

The Human Rights report about the CIA activities reveals
how torture is used by the United States. Complex cover ups
attempt to cloak the transportation of people taken into
custody by the CIA. Some people are still "missing."

America, I no longer know you. The intelligent civilian
should be horrified and aghast at the criminal and barbaric
behavior of a leading intelligence and law enforcement
agency of the United States of America.

Human Rights groups are to be praised for their
investigative work in obtaining sufficient documentation to
reveal these unacceptable - and unamerican - activities.

The idea that America has officially been engaged in such
activities brings shame upon the government of the United
States of America. No justification can be presented for
these actions. This is a betrayal of trust to the American
people and a disgrace which will not be soon forgotten.

The stain of kidnapping and torturing people in secret
foreign prisons will not be washed off of the American flag.
It is now part of a shameful history.

The American people must rise up and demand this cease
immediately. If we do not as a nation correct this policy,
it will continue to destroy our nation like a cancer.
Yes, it can happen. And it will.

Our nation was founded on principles. Our nation has
agreed to international treaties. Our leaders were elected
to represent what the United States stands for. We do not
stand for secret torture chambers run by the CIA.

What we are reading about today is pure fascism practiced
blatantly by the United States and nothing less. Are we
as a nation agreeable to allowing our country to become
an international outlaw, a bully, and a grievous violator
of human rights and treaties? I hope not.

The CIA must be restrained by powers and agencies
within the United States immediately. The person who gave
the CIA the authorization to engage in such actions must
be brought to task as well. That could be no one other than
George W. Bush. Mr. President, what have you done?!

The outrage must be within all Americans if there is
any hope of regaining our principles and thus recapturing
our true nation.

These activities have a way of becoming so acceptable
that they spread. First, "detainees." Who is next?
Political opponents? Social undesirables? Maybe me,
maybe you.

It will not end until the American people make it end.

Intelligent civilians, contact your elected officials
TODAY and voice a demand that the United States
and all of its agencies return to the principles upon
which our country has been founded.

If we don't do this today, there may not
be a tomorrow to make this change. Tomorrow, there might
not be free speech and a democratic process for change.
Yes, that can happen here and it can happen now.
We are seeing the writing on the wall.

Can you read it?
