The Washington Post of June 22, 2007 reports a
historical event in US history. Director Hayden has
announced that he is declassifying and releasing hundreds
of documents of CIA gross violations and abuses of
individual civil liberties tantamount to felonious
criminal acts.

Journalists Karen De Young and Walter De Pinkus
authored this remarkable article.
Civilian Intelligence will focus this first
responsive blog on one issue that is included
in the revelations:
Non-consensual experimentation on US citizens
The Washington Post article references "unwitting" citizens
directly identifies only drug testing.
The facts are that the US government, including the
CIA, regularly conduct extensive cruel and inhumane
weapons testing on US citizens on a regular basis.
These are known as "skunk projects."
A series of testing has been conducted on weapons
falling into the category of "Directed Energy"
weapons. These include microwave weapons, acoustic
weapons (sound), lasers (light), and other technologies
of the 21st century which have been the cornerstone
of upcoming military weapons.
Citizens selected as test subjects often fall into
demographics of "unpopular" minorities and a significant
number are those who have been whistle blowers of some
various kinds. Thus, the infliction of military weapons
technologies upon helpless civilians has reflected a
deliberate retaliative element. It can only be described
as essentially a sadistic crime against humanity.
Civilians who are selected as targets for advanced
weapons practice and testing are abandoned by all
government agencies they turn to for help, including
local law enforcement. Further, there is no medical
help for these people because the private medical
sector does not have an understanding of the problem
or any knowledge of what medical assistance to provide.
They don't even consider that the patient in their
office or emergency room could be the victim of
a US government covert weapons testing program.
To insure that the victims of such unconscionable
treatment do not receive any help or support at all,
standard discrediting tactics are employed to
invalidate and isolate the targeted defenseless
citizen.
The US government has an arsenal of nasty
weapons that only a sadistic sci fi writer
would create. They are all invasive to the
human body and mind. They have no defenses.
They destroy lives and encapsulate innocent
victims in a life of hell that cannot be
understood by anyone outside of those who
inflict this kind of misery - which is
the US government.
Senator John Glenn once authored federal
legislation to outlaw non-consensual
citizen experimentation but the bill failed.
That says that non-consensual human
experimentation is a fact but members of
Congress condone it and refuse to provide
protect from this for citizens.
These types of extreme abuses of Human
Rights has been going on without cessation
even though the Clinton Administration
hearings that revealed the horrors of
programs entitled MKULTRA.
The only question remaining at this
point in US history is "What will
Congress and the US citizenry do
about this horrifying information?"
The only rational response is to end
this once and forever, and hold those
who engaged in this criminally
accountable.
Intelligent civilians need to respond
strongly to this revelation and CIA
disclosure. This issue must be
thoroughly explored in open oath-
bound hearings. This must end.
That is the only intelligent outcome.

CIA's Secret Prisons, America's Secret Shame
Many news sources have reported the Human Rights report
about CIA secret prisons operating in Poland, Romania,
and likely other locations around the world.
http://hrw.org/doc/?t=ct_cia
Today, June 8, 2007, Italy begins court proceedings that
will put 26 CIA agents on trial in abstentia for kidnapping
persons in Italy and transporting them to secret prisons
in locations where torture and denial of human rights
could be practiced covertly by the USA.
The Human Rights report about the CIA activities reveals
how torture is used by the United States. Complex cover ups
attempt to cloak the transportation of people taken into
custody by the CIA. Some people are still "missing."
America, I no longer know you. The intelligent civilian
should be horrified and aghast at the criminal and barbaric
behavior of a leading intelligence and law enforcement
agency of the United States of America.
Human Rights groups are to be praised for their
investigative work in obtaining sufficient documentation to
reveal these unacceptable - and unamerican - activities.
The idea that America has officially been engaged in such
activities brings shame upon the government of the United
States of America. No justification can be presented for
these actions. This is a betrayal of trust to the American
people and a disgrace which will not be soon forgotten.
The stain of kidnapping and torturing people in secret
foreign prisons will not be washed off of the American flag.
It is now part of a shameful history.
The American people must rise up and demand this cease
immediately. If we do not as a nation correct this policy,
it will continue to destroy our nation like a cancer.
Yes, it can happen. And it will.
Our nation was founded on principles. Our nation has
agreed to international treaties. Our leaders were elected
to represent what the United States stands for. We do not
stand for secret torture chambers run by the CIA.
What we are reading about today is pure fascism practiced
blatantly by the United States and nothing less. Are we
as a nation agreeable to allowing our country to become
an international outlaw, a bully, and a grievous violator
of human rights and treaties? I hope not.
The CIA must be restrained by powers and agencies
within the United States immediately. The person who gave
the CIA the authorization to engage in such actions must
be brought to task as well. That could be no one other than
George W. Bush. Mr. President, what have you done?!
The outrage must be within all Americans if there is
any hope of regaining our principles and thus recapturing
our true nation.
These activities have a way of becoming so acceptable
that they spread. First, "detainees." Who is next?
Political opponents? Social undesirables? Maybe me,
maybe you.
It will not end until the American people make it end.
Intelligent civilians, contact your elected officials
TODAY and voice a demand that the United States
and all of its agencies return to the principles upon
which our country has been founded.
If we don't do this today, there may not
be a tomorrow to make this change. Tomorrow, there might
not be free speech and a democratic process for change.
Yes, that can happen here and it can happen now.
We are seeing the writing on the wall.
