Obama

The Huffington Post ran an article today about Obama reaching near sainthood at the website Huffingtonpost.com

The author's statement opens an area in regards to social psychology that includes many elements.

The present status of citizen's feelings about the current President is very low. This is not comfortable to many American's who prefer to enjoy positive feelings about the President, whether based on accurate information or not. Since the introduction to television into the core of US politics around 50 years ago, the image of one's perception of what is "Presidential" in the minds of many American's is mostly the product of media.

If you carefully observe hand gesturing and body language of those who running for office, you will see similarities. This is because gesturing, facial expressions, even speech cadence are taught in what could be called "political-media finishing school." What is added to that constructed representation is whatever "sticks" to a candidate or elected offical as produced by the media, whispering campaigns, and their own as well as opposing campaigns.

In the case of Obama, he has a successful mix of perceived qualities and attributes that create that "feel good" sense that American's seek to have about a leader. Along with that feeling naturally comes fantasies, unrealistic expectation, and other things that are akin to puppy love or infatuation. Obama is resonating with the psychological needs of citizen's right now who are unhappy in different ways due to problems with the economy, Iraq, major changes in the freedoms of Americans in American since 911, and more. Obama seems to be rekindling feelings like those which created a season of national flag displaying following 911. Americans want those good feelings and will respond to anyone who is a vehicle for generating them. Obama is the new high and drug of choice for many discontent Americans.

That's not necessarily a bad thing, as long as people are aware of what they are responding to and why. Regardless of insight, people will cast their vote for someone who will give them the positive feelings they want.

Hillary is unable and likely incapable of producing any such response in people despite her decades in politics practicing. Hillary's real self, which appears to be quite different from the external persona she attempts to project, bleeds through and leaves people cold. The one moment of vulnerability shown early in the campaign, when she had lost a primary, resulted in a rebound surge of support, but it quickly dried up. In contrast, Obama brings inspiration to those he comes into contact with quite naturally and seeming effortlessly.

The bottom line is that there is a factor that exceeds and eludes the box within demographics, ideology, political priorities, and even biases and prejudices are contained. Some call it "charisma," some call it "spirituality," and some call it a sophisticated mix of psychology and media packaging. Whatever it's called, Obama has it. He has it, people want what he makes them feel and believe and they want to keep it. They will make great concessions to keep it. That's the nature of the dynamics of media-based politics and unless the vehicle for representation of politicians change, the effects will not change.

"CIA To Air Decades Of Its Dirty Laundry" - WP

The Washington Post of June 22, 2007 reports a
historical event in US history. Director Hayden has
announced that he is declassifying and releasing hundreds
of documents of CIA gross violations and abuses of
individual civil liberties tantamount to felonious
criminal acts.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content
/article/2007/06/21/
AR2007062102434.html?nav=rss_email/components

Journalists Karen De Young and Walter De Pinkus
authored this remarkable article.

Civilian Intelligence will focus this first
responsive blog on one issue that is included
in the revelations:

Non-consensual experimentation on US citizens

The Washington Post article references "unwitting" citizens
directly identifies only drug testing.

The facts are that the US government, including the
CIA, regularly conduct extensive cruel and inhumane
weapons testing on US citizens on a regular basis.
These are known as "skunk projects."

A series of testing has been conducted on weapons
falling into the category of "Directed Energy"
weapons. These include microwave weapons, acoustic
weapons (sound), lasers (light), and other technologies
of the 21st century which have been the cornerstone
of upcoming military weapons.

Citizens selected as test subjects often fall into
demographics of "unpopular" minorities and a significant
number are those who have been whistle blowers of some
various kinds. Thus, the infliction of military weapons
technologies upon helpless civilians has reflected a
deliberate retaliative element. It can only be described
as essentially a sadistic crime against humanity.

Civilians who are selected as targets for advanced
weapons practice and testing are abandoned by all
government agencies they turn to for help, including
local law enforcement. Further, there is no medical
help for these people because the private medical
sector does not have an understanding of the problem
or any knowledge of what medical assistance to provide.
They don't even consider that the patient in their
office or emergency room could be the victim of
a US government covert weapons testing program.

To insure that the victims of such unconscionable
treatment do not receive any help or support at all,
standard discrediting tactics are employed to
invalidate and isolate the targeted defenseless
citizen.

The US government has an arsenal of nasty
weapons that only a sadistic sci fi writer
would create. They are all invasive to the
human body and mind. They have no defenses.
They destroy lives and encapsulate innocent
victims in a life of hell that cannot be
understood by anyone outside of those who
inflict this kind of misery - which is
the US government.

Senator John Glenn once authored federal
legislation to outlaw non-consensual
citizen experimentation but the bill failed.
That says that non-consensual human
experimentation is a fact but members of
Congress condone it and refuse to provide
protect from this for citizens.

These types of extreme abuses of Human
Rights has been going on without cessation
even though the Clinton Administration
hearings that revealed the horrors of
programs entitled MKULTRA.

The only question remaining at this
point in US history is "What will
Congress and the US citizenry do
about this horrifying information?"

The only rational response is to end
this once and forever, and hold those
who engaged in this criminally
accountable.

Intelligent civilians need to respond
strongly to this revelation and CIA
disclosure. This issue must be
thoroughly explored in open oath-
bound hearings. This must end.
That is the only intelligent outcome.

The Creation and Patenting of Artificial Life

Today, Business Week reported that Craig Venter is on the on
the brink of creating artificial life (AL.) The news was
broken in a Business journal, not through a science journal
or science news and information site. That speaks for itself.

Craig Venter says success is near, but critics blast efforts to
patent synthetic organisms.

This is a turning point in human history. It will be debated
passionately for a long time whether or not this is a
breakthrough or a breakdown of in our society.

The organism created is a synthetic bacteria. The US
originally denied the patenting of life on principle, but
the US Patent Office is expected to eventually give a
patent for this bacteria. The deal maker was giving it
the description of "synthesized life."

Intelligent Civilians already understand that
entering into the world of creation of completely new living
organisms in a laboratory for proprietary purposes is not
an endeavor to be undertaken by man.

Mankind will reap many consequences from this development,
many of which will never be truthfully reported to the
public.

This is a dark day in human history. There is little to
say that will make any difference now, except "No."

Southern California Law Enforcement (lack thereof)

Southern California exists as a playground
even for law enforcement.

Unincorporated areas have the Sheriff's
Department and cities have the Police.
Courts are monitored by Sheriff now
and the prisons are staffed with
Correction Officers.

This is group represents the largest
political lobby in the State of CA and
they donate more money to candidates,
ballot issues, and political parties
than any other lobbying group in
California.

Further, local law enforcement are
given special protections under the
California laws so that they are not
accountable to the public and have
virtually no oversight at all.
For example, not even the media can
obtain the work records of a law
enforcement officer to find out
how many complaints of abuse and
misconduct have been filed against
him/her. Citizens' complaints against
officers themselves are not made
public. Disposition of the complaints
filed against officers are also kept
secret.

An attorney who represents parties
seeking justice in court for law
enforcement misconduct said that
80% of all cases filed are summarily
dismissed by the courts, and in her
opinion, are valid and serious cases.

Local law enforcement officers/deputies
average $100,000 per year with overtime.
Many make much more. They will not work
if they do not get the overtime hours.
Therefore, the departments are routinely
left with vacancies so that overtime is
insured.

When an officer of any branch, including
the State Highway Patrol, is killed,
entire departments take the day off -with
pay- to attend the funerals which are
often covered by media. During those times,
it is a fact that people have died as the
result of no one being available to attend
to the needs of the public. The dispatcher
will tell a caller than there is no one to
respond because they are all at the funeral.

Southern California law enforcement are
given high priority for less than lethal
weapons. They are outfitted for riot
control. Yet, when there was a riot, none
of them went into it. One poor truck driver
was pulled from his truck and beaten without
mercy as people watched real time on TV.
Citizen's felt compelled to go in and
help him - which they did - while there
not a law enforcement officer to be seen
almost through the entire riot.

In San Diego County, Sheriff's Deputies
and various city police officers shoot
an excessive number of people per year.
Most of them are unarmed and outnumbered.
The officers who shoot them are always
reported to have "believed that" he or
she was armed or going to lunge at officers
or some other explanation for why 23 bullets
were pumped into an older unarmed homeless
person. In one recent case, a woman called
law enforcement because a loved one had
locked himself in the bathroom and threatened
to commit suicide. The officers responded
and as the depressed man was walking down
stairs as told, he was shot and killed by
an officer.

Victims of law enforcement abuse of
minorities have generated a grassroots
group called Cop Watch.

Mel Gibson was arrested for DUI.During that
arrest, he apparently spewed an anti-semetic
rant, some of which was noted by the arresting
officer. It has been reported in the news
that the officer who included that information
was reprimanded by his superiors for doing so
because it leaked out to the press and
embarrassed Mr. Gibson.

So, we see local So. California law enforcement
as a group of over-armed, over paid, over
protected, union represented workers who
wield their political clout and get to
act out on minorities when they can and are
also allowed to avoid situations that may put
them in harms way. They are not accountable
to anyone because protective laws are in place
to assure that.

Recently, a group of Latinos who were publicly,
lawfully, and peacefully demonstrating were
shot with rubber bullets in the back when they
were leaving. Heavy handed for a situation
where no crime was taking place.

Yet, when Paris Hilton was caught driving drunk
on an expired license, because she was caught
doing that before, and the judge gave her
45 days, which then were reduced to 26,
LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT made the decision to
allow her to go unpunished in contempt
of the court ruling of jail time for her crime.

What we are seeing here is blatant corruption.
Southern California law enforcement needs a
deep cleaning and a serious overhaul.

We are not safe from drunk drivers and we
are not safe from local law enforcement.
Both are unpredictable and dangerous.

Seems that in California, if you are one
of the rare cases where a guilty person
actually gets convicted of a crime, local
law enforcement will be there to see that
you don't have to submit to court judgements
IF you have some of the necessary criteria:
1.Lots of money that you are willing to share
2.Beauty that you are willing to share
3.Sex appeal that you are willing to share
4.Other perks that you are willing to share
5.Fame that you are willing to share

CIA's Secret Prisons, America's Secret Shame

Many news sources have reported the Human Rights report
about CIA secret prisons operating in Poland, Romania,
and likely other locations around the world.

http://hrw.org/doc/?t=ct_cia

Today, June 8, 2007, Italy begins court proceedings that
will put 26 CIA agents on trial in abstentia for kidnapping
persons in Italy and transporting them to secret prisons
in locations where torture and denial of human rights
could be practiced covertly by the USA.

The Human Rights report about the CIA activities reveals
how torture is used by the United States. Complex cover ups
attempt to cloak the transportation of people taken into
custody by the CIA. Some people are still "missing."

America, I no longer know you. The intelligent civilian
should be horrified and aghast at the criminal and barbaric
behavior of a leading intelligence and law enforcement
agency of the United States of America.

Human Rights groups are to be praised for their
investigative work in obtaining sufficient documentation to
reveal these unacceptable - and unamerican - activities.

The idea that America has officially been engaged in such
activities brings shame upon the government of the United
States of America. No justification can be presented for
these actions. This is a betrayal of trust to the American
people and a disgrace which will not be soon forgotten.

The stain of kidnapping and torturing people in secret
foreign prisons will not be washed off of the American flag.
It is now part of a shameful history.

The American people must rise up and demand this cease
immediately. If we do not as a nation correct this policy,
it will continue to destroy our nation like a cancer.
Yes, it can happen. And it will.

Our nation was founded on principles. Our nation has
agreed to international treaties. Our leaders were elected
to represent what the United States stands for. We do not
stand for secret torture chambers run by the CIA.

What we are reading about today is pure fascism practiced
blatantly by the United States and nothing less. Are we
as a nation agreeable to allowing our country to become
an international outlaw, a bully, and a grievous violator
of human rights and treaties? I hope not.

The CIA must be restrained by powers and agencies
within the United States immediately. The person who gave
the CIA the authorization to engage in such actions must
be brought to task as well. That could be no one other than
George W. Bush. Mr. President, what have you done?!

The outrage must be within all Americans if there is
any hope of regaining our principles and thus recapturing
our true nation.

These activities have a way of becoming so acceptable
that they spread. First, "detainees." Who is next?
Political opponents? Social undesirables? Maybe me,
maybe you.

It will not end until the American people make it end.

Intelligent civilians, contact your elected officials
TODAY and voice a demand that the United States
and all of its agencies return to the principles upon
which our country has been founded.

If we don't do this today, there may not
be a tomorrow to make this change. Tomorrow, there might
not be free speech and a democratic process for change.
Yes, that can happen here and it can happen now.
We are seeing the writing on the wall.

Can you read it?

Cindy Sheehan Resigns

Cindy Sheehan has "resigned" from being the
"face" of the anti-war movement in this nation.

This act is not as revealing as her stated
reasons. As reported in CNN, Ms. Sheehan was
reported to have said
"was that Casey did indeed die for nothing ...
killed by his own country which is beholden to
and run by a war machine that even controls what
we think."

Cindy Sheehan is wrong about what her son died
for and who was the killer of her son. The
reality is that there is no escaping the
Jihadists anywhere in the world. They have
attempted to take over nations from Sweden to
Nigeria with the sword. If we do not fight them
elsewhere, we will be fighting them here,
which we may well indeed have to do regardless.

That is no reflection on whether the Iraq war is
justified or administrated properly. But the
underlying ideological zealousness of the
Jihadists have the US "infidels" just as much
in their cross hairs as anyone else, if not more.

However, Cindy Sheehan's identification of a war
machine that controls even what we think in the
US is completely accurate. This war machine was
labeled "The military-industrial complex" in the
late 50's. It implies an economic foundational
relationship between the military and industry.
It is simplified in basic economic terms as the
choice made in dollar expenditure of guns
versus butter.

Someone this year renamed the symbiotic entity
the "military-media-industrial complex."
This is the key that results in the
observation/conclusion of Ms. Sheehan
- "a war machine that even control
what we think..." Yes, the mainstream media
in the US has become the propaganda generator
of this three part system.

Propaganda is the term used in the 60's
pertaining to Russia's new reporting.
These days it has been renamed "spin."
Same thing, different generational
nomenclature.

Cindy Sheehan also realized that she was
in essence used and mislead by her
Democratic party. When her anti-war efforts
served the Democratic party by being the
issue they hoped would initiate the
fracturing of George Bushes stronghold of
support, one crack at a time, she was their
"darling." But when she wanted them to
deliver on stopping the war, what she
expected in return for her tireless
efforts, she was summarily discarded.

No, Cindy, this is not the country
you thought it was, or the country
it used to be. Many Americans on
both sides of the aisle grieve this
great loss.

Regardless of our individual politics,
we all appreciate that you truly
believed wholeheartedly in a
principle and gave you all unselfishly
in behalf of it.

Cindy Sheehan resigns a broken but far
wiser woman.

However, the intelligent civilian knows
that Cindy Sheehan's son enlisted of his
own free will into the US military.
Militaries engage in war. Plain and
simple. He put himself in the position
that ultimately cost him his life.
While it is regrettable, it also was
forseeable. And it was also a price
he himself was willing to pay.

Non Consensual Human Experimentation in North America

The Washington Post of May 28,2007 reveals a plan
for non-consensual human experimentation planned for
20,000 critically injured or ill patients in several
cities in North America, in an article entitled
"Critical Care Without Consent."

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/05/26

The article reads in part:

"The studies are being conducted by the
Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium, a network of
medical centers that do research in Seattle,
Portland, San Diego, Dallas, Birmingham,
Pittsburgh, Milwaukee, Toronto and Ottawa, and in
Iowa and British Columbia" (end of WP quote)

This means that persons found with
conditions applicable to the study found in
"the field", meaning outside of a
hospital setting, will be placed into either the
control group (given the standard treatment) or
the test group (given the new treatment.)

The reason given for the US and Canadian govern-
ments to approve this test for their citizens
and residents is that the conditions of the
patients will be too grave for them to grant
permission. In addition, families of the
critically ill are alleged unable, due to stress,
to make a decision of that magnitude
under pressure when seconds count in saving
lives.

Here are the questions the intelligent
civilian should ask:

1. Who will be making the decisions
as to which patient receives which treatment?

2. Will the patients or their legal
decision makers be informed that they are
participating in a study at the time of
treatment? If not, when.

3. Will the patients remain in the study
after the patient is stabilized, for those
who did not die, and if so, will they have
the right of informed consent at that time?

4. Can a person "opt out" of such a
field trial in advance of finding oneself
in a situation which qualifies you for it?

5. Is a participant obligated to pay the
cost of services for such a study? Or,
should they themselves be paid for being
a participant in the study. The latter
is the standard procedure for
all other medical testing studies.

6. Will the study be fully disclosed to the
public at some point in time without violating
one's privacy.

7. If the outcome of the study is poor, who
will be the legally responsible party for
civil recourse, if necessary, or is immunity
and legal shielding covering this study?

San Diego is listed as one of the cities
whose citizens and residents will be
unwillingly placed in this study. San Diego
is a large military based community which
has primarily 3 medical systems which all
civilians participate in. All have strong
databases.

San Diego is also a large DOD contractors
center. Citizens of San Diego have long
reported being used as Guinea pigs for various
directed energy weapons.

A Homeland Security deputy and an engineer
involved in military technology development
told Civilian Intelligence that the protocol
for testing weapons on civilians is called
"skunk projects" and that they take place
in San Diego and always will.

Non-consensual experimentation is NEVER
acceptable. It takes only seconds, even
in an emergency, to inquire "We are
involved in a large government
approved program for experimental
emergency care. Do you consent to
participate in it?"

As it stands, the person making the
decision of who gets the routine
care and who does not is a key element
not detailed in the press release.
There must be pure objectivity in
this element of the trial. Patients
must be informed as soon as possible.
And there must be a legally recognized
manner to "opt in" or "opt out."

Finally, the intelligent civilian
must focus on the central issue
of whether or not Americans find
it acceptable for the US government
to become our guardians and make
life altering determinations for us
such as that some of us will be
subjected to medical experimentation
without informed consent.

The US had has a history of obtaining medical
information in various unethical ways. First,
the US government imported medical doctors
and their information derived from the Nazi
regime human experimentation horrors
at the end of WWII, in Operation Paperclip.

From that point forward, the US government
has justified all non-consensual human
experimentation. They have "used"
military members, non--consensual prisoners
in custody in the US, and civilians.
Every weapon and technology in development
and production is tested on some US citizens
without their knowledge and or consent
by Defense Contractors with the expressed
approval and support of the US government.

The intelligent civilian realizes that
these are precedents being set each time
citizens are used for experiments
authorized by the government. Therefore,
this trend must be promptly addressed.

DOD binoculars will link soldiers brains with software

http://www.wired.com/gadgets/miscellaneous/news/2007/05/binoculars

Sharon Weinberg has an article in Wired Magazine
from May 1,2007 publicizing upcoming military
technology. The article reported that
binoculars are being designed which interface
with the soldier's brain waves, alerting him
or her to danger that is initially
subconsciously perceived by the frontal lobes
of the brain.

The human brain is electrical and that electrical
activity can be read and deciphered. Apparently,
the DOD has authorized Ms. Weinberger to disclose
what was called "a signature brainwave" for
danger.

This new technology will read the unconscious
signal and relay that back to the soldier to
accelerate the reaction time and decision
making process.

This article indirectly confirms from the DOD
what many people have known for quite a while:
the DOD through DARPA (the classified advanced
weapons development and funding agency) has
been researching methodologies for reading
one's private mind.

This latest disclosure confirms that this
research is well past the "research" stage.
DARPA is now constructing technologies that
will actually apply mind reading.

Big Brother has just gotten bigger. This
is Big Brother on steriods.

This is just the beginning of the
public revelation of the military realm
of (brain) neural-computer interfacing
and remote mind reading of even
pre-conscious and unconscious thoughts.

The intelligent civilian should be paying
very close attention to this research.

Stay tuned for further developments.

DailyTech - Bloggers to Receive Similar Legal Protection as Journalists

DailyTech - Bloggers to Receive Similar Legal Protection as Journalists

The Daily Tech reported:
"A new bill being pushed by U.S. Congressmen
Rick Boucher and Mike Pence along with other
House representatives aims to change a few
rules and give the same protection to bloggers
that journalists receive. As the law exists today,
bloggers are open to attack by large corporate
entities that have vast resources "

This legislation should be supported for
several reasons. First, Journalism is not
a licensed profession. Defining a journalist
therefore is somewhat broad.

Blogging is journalism by virtue of the fact
that people rely on for blogs for news and
information. Futher, blogs make an impact on
current events and society and not merely
convey information. Lastly, money is generated
in the Blogosphere thereby defining it as a
business rather than a hobby. IRS criteria
would agree if it were applicable.

The Internet has been a revolutionary virtual
society where freedom in a very pure sense can
manifest in a unique way. Freedom of information
is the cornerstone of this special experience
and should be enabled.

Legal protections for bloggers are necessary
for the continuation of the groundswell
of information that the Blogosphere provides.
Protection of sources is critical for factual
content to continue to emerge without
self-censorship, editorial
management decisions, and the spawning of an
industry of blog related personal lawsuits.

There are other options instead of litigation
for those offended or distressed about
blogging content.

Sites such as "Reputation Defender" have
emerged to address issues of negative internet
blog information about your company or your
person. They will monitor the internet for all
references to the client and respond in their
behalf.

The most important benefit to society that
will be derived from the legislation proposed
for the protection of sources of blogged
information will be that more truth will be
available to the public.

Some will say that more libel and slander will
be available as well. It's a matter of seeing
the glass half full or half empty.

Intelligent civilians see the glass half full.

BBC NEWS | Americas | LA police reassigned over clashes

BBC NEWS | Americas | LA police reassigned over clashes

It is quite a surprise to find an outcome
of prompt administrative action following
the May Day Immigration demonstration in
Los Angeles by the LA Chief of Police.
California police rarely receive anything
but full and public support for any actions
they take, including shooting unarmed citizens
for reasons which sometimes cannot be even be
determined.

California has special laws which protect
police from public disclosure of all matters
of regarding police misconduct. Most beatings
and shootings, even those resulting in the
deaths of non-suspects, are closed to scrutiny
of the public and media. This denial of public
and media access to information has been
upheld through civil litigation by media.

Many organizations have been established by
citizens to attempt to address this problem.
Two examples are CaliforniansAware.org and
copwatch.org.

What I find of particular note is the fact
one of the national experts in less-than-lethal
weapons (which rubber bullets fall under)
is a member of the LAPD. He collaborates with
the military in the development of their
training programs and is recognized for his
expertise nationwide. It doesn't surprise me
that less-than-lethal weapons were liberally
administered to the crowd. What does surprise
me is the political clout this demonstration
garnished. For without it, there would not have
been anything more than a one minute press
justification statement read and case closed.

The between the lines message here is that
the immigration issue is something that is
a political princess and not to be trifled
with.

LA's history has been to find the officers of
gross abuses such as the Rodney King gang
bang beating by cops innocent of any
wrongdoing, even in a court of California
law. This is something new and different.

A top ranking officer was demoted and sixty!
officers were reassigned. Historical indeed.

It's a major political development.
I hope such swift and appropriate discipline
for law enforcement misconduct spreads
throughout the entire State of California
for the benefit of its legal citizens, too.

The Politics Behind the Immigration Movement

Contrary to superficial appearances,
the issue of providing a legal means for
the estimated 8 million illegal immigrants
currently in the United States to become
United States citizens is not the issue
portrayed on banners and news sound bites.

These 8 million people in the US illegally
occupy the South Western states primarily.
Most heavily inhabited are California,
Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas.

In terms of voting and representation,
Arizona and Texas are Republican states.
While California is a Democratic state, the
lower areas of the state which include Orange
and San Diego counties, where large numbers
of illegal Mexicans reside, are conservative
with a strong Republican constituency.
New Mexico is a mixed state, electing
Democrats statewide but with Republicans in
Federal offices.

The election map shows that most of the
illegal immigrants are residing in Republican
dominated areas or areas which are mixed
with frequent Republic representation.

The 8 million people in the US illegally are
primarily Mexicans. Should they become citizens,
an extreme majority of them would register and
vote the Democratic Party. They are of great
interest to the Democratic party for that one
reason.

The insertion of several million new Democrats
in their regions of residency would alter the
constituency base dramatically and would change
the entire balance of power in the country.

Thus, the push to find a way for these Mexican
illegal immigrants to become citizens has been
on the top of the agenda for the Democratic
Party.

Should 8 million people become citizens in a
short time, they would not only be entitled to
vote, they would be entitled to all government
benefits. This one of the major consequences
that the American people would bear.

Since the issue of illegal immigrants status
has now been placed on the table at this
time....prior to the 2008 elections.....let's
look at the options that make more sense.

In addressing the issue of illegal immigrants
residing in the US, which has to be addressed
in some manner, the US should consider a path
to permanent residency, not US citizenship.

Permanent resident status would provide a
solution to their primary complaints and give
them the legal right to work. They could buy
or rent property and engage in the business of
daily life without fear of deportation.

However, this option would remove the issues
of voting rights and entitlement to government
benefits. This option would be best for the
United States.

The issue needs to be addressed in terms of
what is best for America. What is best for
America is for the borders to be tightly
regulated and those currently illegally
in the country to be screened for criminal
background. Those with a clean background
check could potentially qualify for permanent
residency. Those with a criminal history
need to be returned to their country of
origin.

If you recall years back, the North
American Free Trade Agreement was enacted
partially to enable Mexico and other countries
to have more employment and business
opportunities in their own countries. They
did get that benefit and many US firms
relocated and many US jobs were lost as
the result. The US citizen has already
sacrificed for the financial-humanitarian
interest of those less fortunate than us...
in hopes of stopping the hemorrhage of
illegal immigration.

The social resentment that exists in the US
will worsen if these illegal aliens are
afforded the opportunity for citizenship.
This will compound other problems. This
will become a highly detrimental political
action should the Democratic design prevail.

The issues behind the rhetoric need to be
seen clearly and the underlying strategy
exposed. We need to do only what is best
for America.

That answer is clear to the intelligent
civilian.

Threats against women on-line bloggers and activists

Sexual Threats Stifle Some Female Bloggers - washingtonpost.com

The Washington Post Article referenced above
provides a clear portrait of how threatening
words and internet behaviors can deeply alter a
person's on line activities as well as their
personal lives.

Accounts of on-line predation of women engaged in
business or personal activities have occurred
prior to the early 1990's referenced in the
Washington Post article.

In the late 1980's, in Orange Country, California,
a woman who started a small on-line Christian prayer
group on Prodigy became a target for internet
harassment by on-line anti-Christians. What started
as veiled threats began to reference her home and
pets in detail. Upon returning home from a restaurant
dinner engagement, she found an email commenting
on the restaurant and her meal.

Cyberstalking transferred to US mail. She received
an enveloped containing a tear sheet from an obscure
communist newspaper showing that her name, address,
and unlisted telephone number had been published.
She then received postal mail that was a color sketch
of a beheaded woman on her back with the words
"We'll drink her blood and eat her flesh" written on it.
She contacted the FBI who opened a case. It was closed
without any arrests. Cyberlaw and cybercrimes
detectives were non-existent then, and the postal
mailings could not be traced. She still gives
occasional interviews decades later still not
completely free from various residual entanglements.

All of the women in the group became targets of the
same group of strangers who took issue with their
personal activities, beliefs, and expressed opinions.
Everyone's lives changed. One marriage broke up from
stress and two women developed anxiety disorders
that impaired their lives forever. One woman from
Philadelphia committed suicide, an act of desperation
believed by her family to be the result of being
relentlessly terrorized by strangers from the
internet who were able to penetrate deeply into her
psyche and her life.

The very term "threat" is often minimized. We often
say something is "only" a threat. But threats are
often a precursor to other acts of harm. Threats are
also a psychological element that accompanies harm
conducted in a methodical manner.

Gavin De Becker developed "The Threat Assessment
Scale." It can be found in his book, "The Gift of Fear."
It is the gold standard used by law enforcement and
private security firms. It is an excellent resource.
However, even psychiatrists cannot predict anyone's
future behavior with complete certainty or accuracy.

Many internet groups exist today for the sole purpose
of supporting people who are trapped in a life of
individual or group stalking and sophisticated
harassment - perpetrated by strangers who use the
internet in one way or another in these crimes.

The Washington Post article publicized a form of
individual terrorism that has threatened the
freedom and productivity of many women. Hopefully,
this will result in a more aware and prepared
internet public which will find defenses
and ultimately prevail over predators who
terrorize through the internet.

We must acknowledge what military
psychological experts have known for long time
which is the title of one of their reports.

Relax, Al. It's not "global warming."

Relax Al. It’s not “global warming.”

“Global warming.”

Al, you’ve gotten yourself and everyone else
upset about “global warming.”

The Earth is at least 6000 years old according to
Biblical scholars and millions of years old according
to Darwinians.

Relax, Al. It’s just a hot flash.

Sins of Omission

We continue to discover examples of sins of omission
by the American government and other officials designated
with responsibilities of decision making in time
of crisis.

Case in point is the Washington Post's revelation that
the US "politely" refused enormous offers of relief aid
from our allies during the Hurricane Katrina disaster.

The deterioration of leadership is beyond a level that
many American believe is repairable. We as a civilian
sector must change our ways.

We must promptly stop delegating our lives away.

*We need to stop delegating the education, values
identification, and discipline to the school system.

*We need to stop tolerating a justice systems that
does not provide an opportunity for justice as the
result of attorneys who fail to advocate adequately
before the court of Judges who themselves fail to
uphold the laws.

*We must cease from allowing our military leadership
to exist beyond accountability and be funded with a
blank check - war or no war.

*We must end the pendulum swinging finger of blame
that moves from one equally guilty political party to
the other and back, ad infinitum.

*No longer should we support a media which selectivity
and strategically dispenses news like medications... to
either sedate or agitate.

*We cannot afford to have corporate deep pockets hold
the strings of our national infrastructure.

*No longer should we support a monetary system that is
owned and administrated by a private group of bankers
to which we are indebted for all foreseeable
generations.

I do not have a proposals for solutions that will
correct these problems at their cores. But I do know
that identifying the problems openly is the first step
in addressing these problems.

Law abiding citizens need to realize that it is
incumbent upon us to save our own nation from the sins
of omission that are killing us.

The salvation of America isn't something that can be
delegated either. One day we could all wake up to a
horrible reality that this is no longer the country
it once was.

It's about the revival of the American
citizen and the resuscitation of the US Constitution.

What can you do today to contribute to the betterment
of conditions of leadership in the public and private
sectors of this country? How much uglier must it
become before US citizens will take constructive
measures within the means of their own resources?

If we are not willing to step up to the plate now
as individual citizens to recapture our country
and help make it functional, our future is already
lost. No one is going to do this for us.
This is NOT something that can be delegated.

There are many alternative camps ready and waiting
to implement their agenda for this country.
Communist China, the radical Muslim group fueled by
Jihad, vast international corporations, the MS-13
worldwide gang, covert military agencies,
organized crime, secret elitist membership
organizations, and citizens of other countries
wanting to re-establish past boundaries are all
prepared to step in where you fail to stand.

Don't think so? Check back here in about 10
years. If you can......

Bees 911

I remember a song that went "Where have all the flowers gone?"
Now we have the question of "Where have all the bees gone?"

This is a "birds and the bees" education of a new kind. Honeybees have suddenly diminished in population up to 60% in some areas of the world. This is a crisis of nature that has will severely impact food supplies and therefore the world economy.

For all of the technologies created in the past decades that replace human and animal services, no one has been able to find a replacement for the pollination of plants required for flowers and fruits to grow. But, no one had been trying. It appears that no one has been paying attention to the small busy bee. Until now. They now have our full attention.

Scientists who specialize in insects and agriculture ruled out previously known causes of the massive demise of bees. Rules out are mites, disease, predators, destruction of habitat, pesticide contamination, other chemical contamination, and all other previously determined causes which effected the bee population in the past.

It is now beyond just a suspicion that the cause of the sudden death of honeybees in huge numbers is radio frequency saturation in our environment. Honeybees fly as their primary means of travel. They navigate to and from their hives. Apparently, they are becoming disoriented due to the intensity of microwave frequency filling the air and they die outside of the hives.

Radio frequency in the atmosphere is measured in amount of watts per centimeter squared. That's not important to understand for the average person. But what is important to understand is that the amount of radio frequency in a given space of atmosphere is exponentially higher now than ever before. It has reached a level so high that we are seeing evidence of extreme consequences in living things.

Interference with navigation is not a new cause of harm for living creatures created by human technology. Marine mammals also become disoriented in the presence of undersea military generated acoustic (sound) technologies. This is the primary cause of beaching. Some sea mammals have been found to have ruptured eardrums and blood vessels in their brains.....as the result of the direct damage of intense sound waves.

Radio frequency and sound waves are two different forms of energy. But both are created by high tech sources and artificially infused into any otherwise clean environment. Both are creating harm and death to species of life. Both are unhealthy in the amounts and frequency of exposure to all living things.

Radio frequency does not just travel through the air. Radio frequency such as the one which creates cellular telephone communication - microwave frequency - penetrates all things with the exception of some metals.

Consider your microwave oven. Subject any non-metallic item to a course of microwave and it becomes heated - eventually... all the way through. Metal in a microwave will spark because it deflects the microwaves and is not penetrated by the microwaves. That is the reason your microwave door has a metal mesh screen front. It keeps the microwaves inside.

If you were exposed to microwaves, they would penetrate you too. How much you would be penetrated by microwave is determined by the intensity, amount, and duration of the exposure. Our physical subjectivity to microwave penetration is the reason that medical scientists warn of the dangers of microwave cell phone upon the brain during cellular telephone calls. The brain absorbs the exposure. It has been determined that continued or intense exposure to microwave frequency causes cancer by interfering with human cell reproduction at the stage of cell division. This leads to abnormal cell reproduction, which is one definition of cancer.

At the time when the younger generation of the 60's were singing "Where have all the flowers gone?", the USSR was using microwaves for the first time that it was known to America's civilians. They were bombarding the US Embassy in Moscow with it. No one paid much attention to that situation after it left the headlines. We knew it was a bad thing to do, but that is all we generally concluded.

Today, civilians can know more about microwaves. Microwave is used for many purposes. First, it is used for covert surveillance...to obtain information. Next, it is used for transmission for communication. This communication can be overt as in a cellular phone, or covert, as in projected "under the radar" communication directly into one's mind. This is known as the Frey effect in electronics. Sound is transmitted through the bones of the skull, bypassing the ear mechanism. The US military calls this "Voice to Skull" or V2K transmission in their unclassified dictionary of terms. There is no known mechanism for blocking this from your body. It is also referred to as "The Voice of God" weapon because it is alleged to have been used in Afghanistan telling the Taliban to lay down their weapons, put up their hands, walk in a straight line, and quietly surrender to the US military. It is alleged that the projected sound stated this was the Will of Allah. Pretty radical are the capabilities of radio frequencies.

Microwaves in the civilian sector is commonly found in cell phones, microwave ovens, cosmetic surgical equipment, and termite eradication equipment.

Radio frequency includes (but is not limited to) AM, FM, TV, cordless phones, wireless computer services, cellular telephones, wireless alarm systems, satellite communications, remote garage door transmissions, and a vast range of military frequencies.

We are bathed in an ever increasing sea of radio frequency in our high tech society. All living things are subjected to this, and we are now seeing the effects of this all around us. For those who are not aware of the broad spectrum effects of radio frequency upon the human body, I suggest a few hours on Google as a matter of long term personal survival. The capabilities of radio frequency upon the nervous system is unbelievable without validation by your own sources. Take the work of the infamous Jose Delgado who used wired current to completely dominate the brains of monkeys and even raging bulls, and go wireless. That's not sci-fi, that's science. Look up for yourselves the effects of exposure to radio frequency. Check out different national standards and you will find the US has the highest tolerance permitted of all countries. Identify your own "experts" and find out for yourselves what you need to know.

Microwave technology is a super huge business. It is telecommunications, satellite, and military weapons of the 21st century. It is about huge profits, the infrastructure of a high tech society, vast political and economic power, and military might.

One frequency of microwave called the millimeter wave is now a military weapon called "Active Denial." What makes this weapon different than most we are familiar with is that it does only one thing: it causes unbearable pain.

This Raytheon-produced weapons technology was mounted on Humvees at Gillespie Field in San Diego, California afew years ago and sent to the middle east for war use. Civilian Intelligence will inform you of the fact that during its initial use, soldiers using this weapon developed side effects such as eyesight deterioration and dissolving of the covering over the internal organs. This is attributed to a phenomena called "blow back." So, the military began to put protections in place for our soldiers.

The problem with the use of pain-based weapons is that it violated the Geneva Convention and International treaties. So, the US transferred these types of weapons - "pain based weapons"- from the Department of Defense to the Department of Justice. Just several months ago, an Air Force Executive publicly called for the use of this weapon on US citizens. It is believed that the purpose of this was for testing purposed and to officially classify it as a law enforcement weapon, not a wartime, weapon. That distinction circumvents the rules and agreements for the rest of the world which objects to weapons whose purpose is solely to cause unbearable pain.

Now getting back to the bees. The few who are left. The bees who can't find their way back to the hives because of all the disorienting radio frequency in the atmosphere. We know where the bees have gone. We now have a decision to make which is whether or not to correct the underlying cause of their demise or not.

And while we are thinking that through, keep in mind the other effects of radio frequency that are not being mentioned on Good Morning America or other places in the mainstream media. Just because it's not being mentioned, doesn't mean that it's not a big problem. In America today, the media is a corporate business inexorably enmeshed with other corporate entities as well with all levels of government. They are all co-dependent and they are all based on self and special interests. That is why intelligent civilians need to get their information from other sources, Civilian Intelligence being one of them.

"The Flight of the Bumblebee" is a famous orchestral interlude written by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov for his opera The Tale of Tsar Saltan, in the late 1800's. Today, it has taken on new meaning. Replacing the college student's mental gymnastic midnight debates about why science and math show that bees can't fly, we should be discussing why they are not flying back to the hives because of the radio frequency that has saturated the atmosphere. The Flight of the Bumblebee will be a swan song played as the backdrop to a world plunged into a food shortage, economic crisis, and environmental decline. Human and animal health will directly suffer radio frequency caused illness.

There will be some who will bark denial of these facts. It would not be the first time. Around the time of the USSR microwave attack on the US embassy in Moscow, author Rachel Carson wrote "The Silent Spring" which forewarned of the dangers of pesticides. After attempts at discrediting by companies with power and money who benefited from the sale and use of dangerous pesticides by various US government agencies, Rachel Carson's book was indeed prophetic. Dangerous pesticides are found in all of our water supplies, in our food products, and in fact, in our own body fat. We have just learned to give it "safe levels" designations and ignore it.

Intelligent Civilians should not repeat the same course of manipulated denial of the 60's in the case of the dying bumblebees in the start of the 21st century. We have already seen the near disappearance of butterflies over the past years with no one bothering to barely comment.

Educate yourself. Take a few hours to look over what many different expert voices are saying. Then express your viewpoint to your elected officials and media editorial opportunities if you care about the invisible killer...a radio frequency saturate
atmosphere.

Lastly, live your views. Implement your beliefs into your lifestyle.

The Intelligence Civilian in America absolutely can make a difference. No, it's more than that...it's that Intelligent Civilians must make a difference.

Or we will literally mean "Where have all the flowers gone?"
